How does a Gift Card work?
Select the size of custom painting you want to gift.
Purchase and send the gift card either directly to the recipient, or to yourself to print and/or give at a later date.
The recipient can then apply the redemption code at checkout when they’re ready to place an order!
I’m ready to place a custom order, not a gift card. How do I order a custom painting?
Head over to the “Customs” page, select an option, and purchase through the website.
Send me an email at contact@shannonpattyart.com with a few pictures to reference.
Let me know anything specific you want to point out about the piece.
Sit back and relax while I go to work!
Receive your painting in 2-4 weeks.
Returns & Exchanges
Each order is handled with care and I offer as much transparency as possible. My goal is for your to love your piece! I currently do NOT process returns or exchanges at this time.
I am also not responsible for any package lost by USPS. If your package is damaged, I’m happy to handle each issue on a case by case basis.
